Here at iDoggos, we put tremendous love and passion in all our products. We are confident that you will love your unique and handmade iDoggos accessories.

In addition, we value integrity and want you to be completely happy about your purchase. Below, we will go over our return and exchange policy.


Every product/item on our site has a size guide in its description, thus be sure to always review the guide as it will ease your shopping experience. If your measurement is not taken correctly, your item/product might not fit your pet correctly, thus it is important to take the right measurement. 

Secondly. our collars are easily adjustable. In order to avoid making the mistake of returning an item because you thought it didn't adjust correctly, please follow the "Collar Adjustment" instructions below.

Return and Exchange (if applicable) 

Our refund policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Each return and exchange are taken on a case by case basis. Please note that any item that is custom made cannot be returned or exchanged unfortunately due to its nature of it being personalized to you.

How to be eligible for a return or exchange:

1. The receipt or order confirmation proof is required.

2. The order was placed within the last 90 days. (See order confirmation email for the date)

3. The item/product must be in the same condition as when you received it.

4. The item/product must be unworn, unused, unwashed and undamaged.

If you are eligible for our return and exchange, here are two ways you can do so:

1. Ship the item back to our warehouse.

Important: In your return package, please write the order number and the reason of your return or exchange. If it is an exchange, please mention the size and model you want to exchange with.

2. Drop-off your item at our warehouse.

Important: In your return package, please write the order number and the reason of your return or exchange. If it is an exchange, please mention the size and model you want to exchange with.

Refunds. (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 7 to 10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds. (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund, here is what you need to do:

1. Double-check your bank account.

2. Contact your credit card company. There is often some time before your refund is officially posted on your account.

Sale Items.
 (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts. (if applicable) 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

Returns & Shipping.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


- Always double check your shipping address at checkout to avoid mistakes.

- A Gift card is a non-returnable item.

Any custom made item/product cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of it being personalized to you.

- We cannot refund orders after they have been placed. You will need to ship the product back once you’ve received it.

- Any item (s) lost, stolen, undelivered or damaged during delivery are not the responsibility of iDoggos and the possibility of return or refund will be taken on a case-by-case basis. A refund will be made within 30 days of placing the order if the customer has not received the package.
