How To Return An Item.

In this section, we will go over the procedure on returning your item/product.

If YOU ARE NOT sure if you are eligible for an exchange or return, please read our Return & Exchange Policy.

If YOU ARE eligible for a return or exchange, here are 2 ways you can do so:

1. Ship the item back to our warehouse:

Important: In your return package, please write the order number and the reason of your return or exchange. If it is an exchange, please mention the size and model you want to exchange with.


2. Drop-off your item at our warehouse. 

First, you must take an appointment by emailing us at: info@idoggos.com.

Important: In your return package, please write the order number and the reason of your return or exchange. If it is an exchange, please mention the size and model you want to exchange with.


IMPORTANT:

- A Gift card is a non-returnable item.

- Always double check your shipping address at checkout to avoid mistakes.

- We cannot refund orders after they have been placed. You will need to ship the product back once you’ve received it.

- Any custom made item/product cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of it being personalized to you.

- Any item (s) lost, stolen, undelivered or damaged during delivery are not the responsibility of iDoggos and the possibility of return or refund will be taken on a case-by-case basis. A refund will be made within 30 days of placing the order if the customer has not received the package.

- Any additional shipping costs are paid by the customer when returning an item for exchange or refund.
