We wanted to provide a quick update for all customers who have ordered iCavalos products, including halters and leads. Please note that many orders are being shipped in partial shipments, which is completely normal. Rest assured, you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is fully processed. At this time, we do not have any further updates beyond that.

We are working diligently to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible and to respond to inquiries. If you have any urgent requests or need to modify your order (such as a size change), please include URGENT or MODIFICATION / SIZE in the subject line of your message to help us assist you more efficiently.

Due to a high volume of inquiries, please allow 3-4 days for a response. Currently, the processing time for orders is 2-4+ weeks and may be subject to change based on demand.

Please understand that we do not cancel or refund any orders that is delayed specially personalized orders. You can verify our policy here.
