Currently Processing Orders. Ship date : 14-18/04/25: ALL DELAYED ORDERS / Preorders from August 2024 to orders from March 2025. No ones are forgotten. If you didn't received a tracking number yet it's normal your order is still processing. ( Many shipments are also partial)

We want to provide an important update regarding iCavalos orders, including halters and leads.
Partial Shipments & Tracking Information
Many orders are being shipped in partial shipments, which is completely normal. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is fully processed. At this time, no additional updates are available beyond that.
We are working diligently to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible. If you have an urgent request or need to modify your order (such as a size change), please include URGENT or MODIFICATION / SIZE in the subject line of your message to help us assist you more efficiently.
Processing & Response Times
- Processing Time: minimum 2–4+ weeks and can take longer (may vary depending on demand and order customizations).
- Response Time: Due to high inquiry volumes, please allow 3–4 business days for a response.
Orders Delayed More Than 4 Weeks
If your order has been delayed for more than 4 weeks, you are eligible for a significant credit on a future purchase. To apply for this credit, contact us with your new order number, and we will process it upon request.

Shipping & Inventory Updates
🚨 We are working towards eliminating all delays by early April 2025, thanks to the addition of a second supplier helping us meet global demand.
Shipping & Tracking Details
- Next Scheduled Pickup Date: April 14-18 2025
- Tracking Updates: Once scanned, tracking numbers will be sent via email. This may take 2–3 days to update in the system.
- "Unfulfilled" or "Not Found" Status: If your order appears as "unfulfilled" or your tracking says "not found," it simply means the package has not yet been scanned. This is normal.
Backlog & Supplier Delays
- Before recent shipping issues, we experienced unexpected supplier delays in certain sizes and colors.
- Nearly 2,000 orders shipped on December were stuck at warehouses for weeks because of a shipping strike.
- We understand many customers are waiting and deeply apologize for the inconvenience.
🛑 Please avoid commenting on social media about order delays—this significantly increases our private message volume and makes it harder to assist urgent cases efficiently.
