REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES
We have confidence that you'll love your unique and handmade iDoggos accessories, but we all know that sometimes mistakes happen. For the best experience, please review our sizing guides listed in each product description, email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions, and confirm your address is correct before checkout.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges are taken on a case by case basis. Any item that is custom made cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items lost, stolen, undelivered, or damaged during delivery are not the responsibility of iDoggos and ability to return or refund will be taken on case by case basis « All refund will be done in 30 days after the order placed if the customer didn’t receive the package »
If you would like to request a return or refund, please send an email to email@example.com. Refunds will be granted on case by case basis upon approval of the return and when the item is received. Exchanges will be granted if an item is returned, received in unused and new condition, and any extra shipping cost is paid for by customer.
