It was well worth the wait. I love that this halter can hang outside in the Az sun and keep its color and shape. I also love that I can open the nose band if I’m doing bodywork to accommodate my hand or a yawn. It’s super easy to keep clean and fits perfectly. 10000% would buy again.

Love the color, the soft feel to the halter, quality hardware, and easily adjustable. Fit my horse perfectly. Right now in W PA we have a lot of rain and that means mud! It’ll be so nice having a halter that can be easily cleaned. I’ve gone through so many that once they’ve been really muddy and try to clean them they never look the same. They look horrible. I board my horses and they get turned out with halters on. I love knowing these are breakaway. Looking forward to receiving the others I’ve ordered. Took a long time to get it, but worth the wait.

I bought this halter for my gelding that has a grazing muzzle. He doesn’t like to wear halters, he prefers rope halter; so I am hoping that because this one is so lightweight that he will be more comfortable with it. It took a long time to get here, but it is very well made and I’m sure it will work for him!

Le PVC est doux, souple et est renforcé de l'intérieur. Le hardware est solide. Je trouve dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de grandeur entre le Full et le Draft. Ma jument a une petite tête pour une trait, elle prend normalement la grandeur X-Full ou Warmblood au plus grand. Selon les mesures, le Full n'aurait pas fait. J'ai donc acheté un Draft et l'ai modifié puisque les montants étaient beaucoup trop longs et la sous-gorge déjà juste aux derniers trous. J'avais besoin d'un licou facile à nettoyer puisqu'elle salie beaucoup la musetolle et je suis bien satisfait du produit!

The biotane is more supple than expected, I am still not quite sure how easy it would be to put on a young or not so well behaved horse because the lack of structure but the size Warmblood is bigger than most companies so amazing for cross breed with drafts horses. The buckles are some of the best quality, the colors are very vibrant and if they could add a buckle under the chin to transform it from a regular halter to a grooming alter that would perfection for me. You can also punch holes fairly easily with your regular leather punch and if it last longer than you nylon or leather when exposed to the water and the sun… I will be a customer for ever!

The product is phenomenal. The customer service not so much. I waited several months for my halter's to get shipped with very little communication as to why my items were postponed. I had to continually email and message them on social media to get any answers. I'm still waiting for the remaining items I ordered I only received part of my order and my shipment. I have gotten absolutely no updates as to what is taking so long and hit or miss on if they get a response to my emails asking about what is going on with my order. I hate to leave negative remarks as the product truly is great but it's not worth it if I'm going to be waiting four or more months with little to no communication for my order.

I just received 1 out of 3 halters so far. I know Canada was having shipping issues so timing doesn't bother me they kept me informed about my order and keeping me aware of the others that have not been sent out yet. I love how it feels and easy to clean. It feels secure if they put alot of pressure on it but if they get into trouble it can breakaway. Be clear I did not order breakaways. It is heavier then I had thought but looks very nice and has a nice polish on the hardware. This I would not keep on then all the time but for in the barn and out and about I will. I am pleases with the halter just not the timing ordered in Dec 2024 and only recieved 1 of 3. I did buy on a sale code which to me made the halyers more reasonable to buy otherwize I would of passed due to the high price.

I ordered 3 idoggos halters in December of '24. It is now April of '25 and I have only received one of the halters that I ordered. There was a note in the first delivery saying the others were coming 'soon'. The halter I received I like just fine. But I don't know if I will ever see the other 2. I needed them months ago, I've been patient but I'm going to have to go find other halters to replace the ones I wanted idoggos to replace. Waiting this long is unacceptable. I will never order from Idoggos again.

It’s been four months and I am still waiting for the rest of my order. Was disappointed when I only received two of the halters I ordered. Was also bummed one of the halters buckles on the LEFT side - emailed my concerns and was informed he was to make the halter more lightweight - makes no sense.. halter colors are cool.. I still don’t want to use my halters because I am waiting for my complete order so my all my horses can wear new halters at the same time. Haven’t even bothered to try them on for size.. other than the colors, j don’t know the appeal to be honest. Nothing spectacular. I would probably be more pleased if shipping and handling was more prompt, better communication and advertising.

Ordered at Christmas, have reached out repeatedly for updates on the order to be told ‘it is delayed due to the color’ and there was NO communication from them after the sale - they should have immediately reached out and said hey, we got way more orders than planned, shipping will be delayed, etc and then KEPT UPDATING however they did not and basically dropped the ball. Utterly unimpressed with business practices and will not be recommending to anyone. Have asked for a refund in the meantime, because we are almost in April and I STILL do not have a halter even tho I was told it would go out beginning of March. 0/10, do not recommend.

The halters are beautiful. I ordered a full (pictured), a cob, and a pony. This review is for the full and the cob sizes only. They fit their intended horses great. I love that I can swap out for a leather crown (even though the provided crown is breakaway). Four stars however because I was not given notice that I would have to wait 3 months for my products to ship. (Ordered 12/11, shipped 3/10.) The pony halter was not as advertised and had poor fit. Will review separately.

Ein wirklich schönes Halfter mit herausragender Qualität. Auch die Namens Plakette hat top Qualität und die Schrauben dazu sind wirklich süß. Das Material ist ähnlich wie bei der Apple Watch das Armband, aber trotzdem wirkt es äußerst robust und angenehm anzufassen.
Das Halfter fällt leider etwas klein in Warmblut aus und die Lieferzeit beträgt etwa drei Monate deswegen nur vier Sterne.
Ich würde das Halfter dennoch weiter empfehlen und werde mir wahrscheinlich auch noch ein zweites bestellen,Da diese Art von Halfter einfach wirklich einzigartig ist.

I really loved it but I ordered the pony size thinking it would fit our Welsh and it was way too small. The pony size would fit a delicate Shetland. Having said that the material is super soft, hardware is pretty. I am going to try it on the miniature donkey and see if it works. If so, I will send pictures!

While I lovethe halter, it took over two months to receive.I also had to call my credit card company to contact idoggos to get the halter. I also ordered a nameplate. When I ordered there was no choice of colors. I had assumed that it would be gold as all the hardware is gold but I received the rose gold nameplate. I still am glad to get this for my horse. It will be great in the summer during bath time as it is rubber.

Geschichte: Dieses Projekt ist mir emotional sehr verbunden. Ich bin seit meiner Geburt mit der Welt der Pferde verbunden, verstehe ihre Bedürfnisse und weiß, wie ich unseren vierbeinigen Lieblingen die besten Produkte bieten kann.
Dieses Projekt ist meiner Mutter Sophie gewidmet, die 2020 leider an Depressionen starb. Ihr Pferd war das Einzige, was sie während der Covid-19-Pandemie zum Lächeln brachte, und leider durfte sie es aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht sehen.
Ich weiß, dass sie stolz auf dieses Projekt wäre, daher bin ich entschlossen, unser allererstes Pferdehalfterprojekt in die Tat umzusetzen.

Looks nice with the halter, but unfortunately was the name of the horses misspelled. The horses are Icelandic horses with Icelandic names and Icelandic letters. The Icelandic “d” (ð) was now written as an “o”!

It arrived for my last horse show. Thank you. Unfortunately, there was a barn fire and a horrible horse catastrophe and the remaining show was cancelled. My horse came through unscathed but, others did not. I did not get a photo. My stable is closed for regrouping and monitoring for smoke inhalation and injuries and further lameness issues. The halter is a bit bulky for his face but, I bought it for pasture time with youngsters. It is perfect for that.

I bought this halter for my gelding that has a grazing muzzle. He doesn’t like to wear halters, he prefers rope halter; so I am hoping that because this one is so lightweight that he will be more comfortable with it. Le PVC est doux, souple et est renforcé de l'intérieur. Le hardware est solide. Je trouve dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de grandeur entre le Full et le Draft. Ma jument a une petite tête pour une trait, elle prend normalement la grandeur X-Full ou Warmblood au plus grand. Selon les mesures, le Full n'aurait pas fait. J'ai donc acheté un Draft et l'ai modifié puisque les montants étaient beaucoup trop longs et la sous-gorge déjà juste aux derniers trous. J'avais besoin d'un licou facile à nettoyer puisqu'elle salie beaucoup la musetolle et je suis bien satisfait du produit!

The biotane is more supple than expected, I am still not quite sure how easy it would be to put on a young or not so well behaved horse because the lack of structure but the size Warmblood is bigger than most companies so amazing for cross breed with drafts horses. The buckles are some of the best quality, the colors are very vibrant and if they could add a buckle under the chin to transform it from a regular halter to a grooming alter that would perfection for me. You can also punch holes fairly easily with your regular leather punch and if it last longer than you nylon or leather when exposed to the water and the sun… I will be a customer for ever!
